Jonathan was born in the small town of Pennsylvania on September 8th, 1981. Starting his career at the young
age of four, working as a model, and making commercials for television, though unknown to him,
he did not know where it would lead.
Jonathan's acting career started, in the tv hit series "The Bradys". It was then he decided to change his name
to 'Jonathan Taylor Thomas', only to find his fans would later nickname him 'JTT'. He also found himself on
the hit tv sitcom 'Home Improvement', playing one of brothers 'Randy'. It was this show, that gained Jonathan
the recognition he so much wanted, his face would be seen all over magazine covers, posters, and tv chat shows.
It was his voice and not his face, that landed him the voiceover-part of Simba in the Disney's The Lion King.
Jonathan received further prestige that allowed him to break free of the sitcom series into mainstream Hollywood
movies. More and more roles followed, Man of the House, Tom and Huck, The Adventures of Pinocchio and Wild America.
Jonathan left Home Improvement, in order to pursue his acting career, and to concentrate on his education. The rumors
started to fly, it was said that Jonathan wanted to bring his character in Home Improvement out of the closet about
being gay, the producers had said no, though none of these rumors have been substantiated. The rumors began to fly
once again when it was announced that he would play the role of a gay hustler in Speedway Junky.

Jonathan has many hobbies away from the set, including, fishing, collecting antique cars. According to the WhyMilk

All his dedicated fans a now aware he turned down the offer of a place, and is now currently attending Harvard University.
Jonathan has been a vegetarian since the age of four, and he has three pets, a dog named MacCormic, a cat named Samantha and a cat named Simba.
